It misses the point completely, they just don't care.
They infiltrate shitloads of fandoms and keep trying to inject their own political beliefs into every discussion they partake in, bitching and moaning whenever someone disagrees with them or points out that they're trying to change shit for the worse, because none of them ACTUALLY care about the franchises they infest, they just want another thing to scream "TRANS RIGHTS" at and to reinforce their own delusions. They will push out older and newer fans alike in order to accomplish this and change the thing into something that suits them, bitching about "inclusivity" to get it, then if you complain about the changes they will mock you and tell you to get lost: effectively doing the same thing they were complaining about in the first place. A really good example of this is D&D. They have completely retconned multiple racial lores at this point just because of the vocal minority and started injecting shit into the systems that made no sense and just existed to make the LGBT movement feel happy about themselves. Most of the more vocal supporters of this effort have even admitted they don't play the damn game.
