When it comes to budgets I can only assume that money can only go to things such as more studio space, better tools, and perhaps even more animators. Money can also work as a good motivator for just about anybody. What money can't buy, however, is more hours in the day. And so the question is that if you were to double the pay of these animators and give them better tools for animations and all the studio space they could ask for but still hand them the same weekly deadline could they manage to produce better results? What if there's a really, really good animator you want for your studio and you have the money to pay them but they can't do it for personal reasons and you're pretty much stuck with the team and their abilities? What if you have one or two really good animators but you only have them for a limited amount of time? Can more money really make animators so motivated that they become just as good and consistent as the top-tier animators in the world? Maybe the money can motivate them to work slightly more efficiently. But a deadline is a deadline and when you rush you are more likely to half ass it and make errors in your work. There's no time for correcting or improvements because this episode needs to be finished and broadcasted so what now?
