Crossgen evolutions shouldn't be blocked from the player and Johto Pokémon should be available in the first 3 Sevii Islands (with some Hoenn Pokémon available in the post-game Islands). I think being able to find and use rare Johto Pokémon would set FRLG apart as a unique experience from gen 1
