Ebay, Mercari, the goodwill site, local game shops (not Gamestop), Offerup. For the most part you'll have to shop around and snipe some auctions and even then you'll be paying a decent amount. Since January, I've managed to acquire all authetic gb/a Pokemon games in both English and Japanese for less than what they usually sell for just by constantly checking auction sites and game shops. Make sure you know how to recognize fakes and know how to replace cart batteries (depending on what game you're wanting).
