It also needs to be wired, most are bluetooth and bluetooth + android means unplayable lag for anything more demanding than Pokemon (platformers, etc).
There's only one controller I'm aware of in the entire market that fits that bill and it's pic related, gamesir X2 (type c version). Even then, Android still has inherent input delay due to overhead, something the Linux based Chinese devices don't have issues with, so the only lag they have is from the emulation itself.
Android is not bad if you put the work into getting the right stuff, but there's something nice about having a standalone device built specifically for emulation, with a lower resolution screen and better battery life. I don't even play anything on my phone because it kills the battery life.
