As a general rule I don't consider investing in the Speed stat unless the base speed of the mon is ~75 or above. So many smogon sets are like 55 speed, better invest 252 EVs and Jolly nature! What a fucking waste of precious EVs. Go bulk, fuck with their autistic calcs, and win

If it's a wallbreaker, sometimes it's better to invest in speed just to outspeed the 0 speed EVs walls.
