TPCi has never done a Pokemon Direct less than a week before E3.
It's always in May or the first week of June. This is an unprecedented situation and considering they already announced the games' release dates on twitter, it's likely there won't be a Pokemon Direct this year, they will be included in the E3 Direct.

About DBSP, I'm not hyped (I won't buy them in November, maybe next summer or later) but I'm intrigued and curious for see a bit more of those games.
