Stats: Go from the baffling 95/100/85/108/70/70 (BST: 528) to a more respectable 95/110/90/78/75/87 (BST: 535)
New Moves: Shell Smash, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Icicle Crash, and Sacred Sword is now by Level-Up.

This new Samurott is a well-rounded physical attacker thanks to its new stats and moves. However, the main addition is Shell Smash and either Guts or Defiant to really make it a deadly foe to face. I could see it running Liquidation/Sacred Sword/Icicle Crash/Shell Smash, sometimes forgoing one of its offends moves for Aqua Jet.

I’ll come back and do the rest

Easy, make them signature items

>Haunted Arrow
Increases Speed by 1.5, when non-contact moves are used, critical hit ratio is boosted(works with Long Reach).

>Bombastic Gunpowder
Increases Special Attack by 1.5, boosts evasiveness by 1.5 after the use of a Fire type move(works with Sunny Day)
Also give Typhlosion Thunderbolt, Earth Power, and Boomburst for coverage

>Fluid Blade
Increases Attack by 1.5, slashing moves(Razor Shell, Night Slash, X-Scissor, Aerial Ace, etc) have +1 priority.

I'm just trying to be realistic. Gamefreak's loves doing the gimmicky route.
They would not do things like swap Decidueye's offenses and speed or reduce Samurott's special attack points for the rest of it's stats

you're straight out sending Decidueye to UU/UUBL rather than putting it in OU, as you've made Samurot the same but better to the point of outclassing it if weren't the typing

also, Samurott's design isn't one that screams 120 Spe to begin with, especially as it constantly switches between quadripedal, tripedal and bipedal to use the sword(s), plus its armor weights enough to be a 80 Spe at best

Game Freak never changes the base stats of starters. If they did, Charizard's would have gotten 100 added to its stat total (Ignore that fact that it got two special snowflake forms that did just that).
