>>47329950Any of the railroading can be blamed on japanese kids complaining about platinum. That being said its very minimal compared to every game after and doesnt really take away from the game. I agree the way they handled the box legends was very forced and a little corny but the kimono dance cutscene and ho-oh descending on the tower in 3d was Kino. None of the shit in that image ever bothered me enough to take away from all the other shit they added to the games like following pokemon, a brand new safari zone, expanded kanto dungeons and returning kanto legends, elite four and gym leader rematches, buffed red battle, all the comforts of gen 4 including the phys/special split, unlimited bag space, platinums battle frontier etc. Etc.
