>>47332906I did it once just because I remember there being some trick with platinum to do rng abuse if you knew your secret ID and one of the non-save editing ways to deduce it was to find the exact IVs of a pokemon or something, and a level 100 pokemon with no EVs was a way of doing that.
May be remembering wrong though. Either way finding a level 100 karp didn't take as long as finding a feebas though, maybe I just got lucky.
