>>47334234> and that long ago, Pokemon agreed to always be ready to help humans, and that's why they appear in front of themDude, you have to understand that this is a myth. It's a story within a story, not an actual, factual thing about Pokemon themselves. It's something that the culture uses to justify their most prominent sport. Although it's true that Pokemon and humans get along well, it's crazy to think that they only appear in front of humans specifically to get captured. I would even go so far as to say that it's autistic.
>>47334249>MagcargoMagcargo's Pokedex entry is a typo that was never corrected. If you take off an extra zero, it sits comfortably around the temperatures of IRL magma. Or maybe it was lava, I can't remember. But basically, if you take off the extra zero at the end, Magcargo makes a lot more sense. Honestly, everything around it should still be combusting when it passes by, but I assume that's Magcargo's maximum temperature output for when it starts fighting or gets agitated, as opposed to its standing temperature.
>Poke BallsThey don't brainwash shit, and disobedience is proof of this. How the capture device works is regrettably pretty vague, but its obvious you have to put serious work in to get any good use out of a Pokemon and that getting it into the ball is only the beginning.
Why is this thread so full of dumb people who have to have one lame extreme or another?
