Good mons to use without TMs?

I refuse to use TMs because Im a hoarder (except tms you can re-purchase but those all suck other than the grindy casino rewards) but most mons seem to have shit level-up learnsets. What do I use?

Hoarding TMs in gen 1 is just asking for suffering, it's not worth it unless you've planned out EXACTLY how you're going to manage all your items. You only get like 70 slots between your bag and pc and there's 50 tms, if you made some horrible mistake like getting the silph scope you already fucked up.

Just waste your mega drain and solar beam tms on a paras already
