Seeing this actually makes me realize how much I liked most of the Gen 3 sprite colors. Some are oddly washed out (Nosepass, Claydol), but Lileep, Seviper, and Craudaunt look really nice.

It's a damn mono water type. Aerodactyl would've been a much more fitting choice if you just wanted Steven to have something to outspeed and 2-shot a Blaziken with a flying move. It fears thunder punch but so does Starmie.
