Even after 2 years he didn't in Gold/Silver, maybe if we get another sequel he could be finally at peace in his own house and never pay rent anymore.

Vermilion city’s permitting process is ass backwards. Then you’ve got to deal with all of the environmental reviews, and all it takes is one NIMBY complaining about gentrification or indigenous shitting fields being plowed over, and you’re thrown into another year of bullshit with city hall.
