We all know rototiller is a really bad move, hyper situational and even then there's little benefit.
So I was thinking, what if instead of raising the Attack and Special attack of all grass types currently on field, it essentially sets up a field effect that raises the attack and special attack of all grass type pokemon upon being switched in. I feel like maybe that would be broken somehow but I'm not sure
