SS has 600+ catchable ones. The highest in the franchise. Gen 7 have almost double the amount of mons as most older games.

>Writing's about the worst it's ever been. Between a majority of the plot being taken care of off screen while you're shooed away, and the last minute, railroaded antagonists.
>And lastly, the only thing it objectively has over SuMo is graphical fidelity, something that gets challenged by simply putting SuMo through an HD emulator, which starts to make SwSh look like an upscaled, repurposed 3ds game.
