>>47357007>they replaced the scene of Charizard getting damaged from Pikachu and kneeling to Charizard getting out of smoke undamaged in the next episodeI've never seen definitive proof of this and only ever heard about it by word of mouth from a very few pissed of people on /vp/. If this was true, we would've seen/still be seeing it plastered all over the place, especially on /vp/ where they never let anything go and love to shitpost about this kind of thing all the time.
>The episode's title and preview hinted Ash winningThe title says "Kalos League Victory! Satoshi's Greatest Decisive Battle!" Where does it say in that title that ASH was going to be the one that earned the prementioned victory? Actually think for a second. They wouldn't spoil who won in the episode title or in the video preview, that'd be retarded. The title is essentially saying "This is the episode where the winner is decided! This is Ash's decisive battle, but will he win?" The only people who interpreted the title as "Ash wins!" are people with no reading comprehension/contextual understanding and only see what they want to see.
>Even the animators were disappointed that Ash lost even though they have been animating his losing since the first season, which proves that the original script was changed because TPC didn't want Charizard to loseThat doesn't prove anything.
>>47357200 put it nicely. You can still be disappointed by something that you know is coming, especially after a continuous line of disappointments. Stop coping by projecting your shitty assumptions onto the animators.
