He improved most Pokemon's BST so they're usable and "not garbage" at least.

At the surface, sure it's a vanilla hack without any change done to the story, but dig a little deeper and you'll find the attention to detail that really made his hacks shine. This is why morons can't understand why it's so popular and loved.
