Its normal to have doubts and regrets about the way things could have gone, but unless you genuinely reply with a "i dont think any of the time i spent on pokemon and other nerd stuff was worth it", its not as bad as you think. I guarantee at least half of the popular girls were following peer pressure and social trends to not be isolated, and regret it now.
