he can pretty much only be used in ubers bc of gimmick and lack of hazards so lets fix that

Weavile is UUBL. Besides, Weavile should get Technician, anyway. Maybe also Tough Claws, but that might be a little OP + Weavile is already very good without it

Weavile is an offensivemon, so it doesn't need to have a good offensive typing. Though, I still agree that Ice needs to be buffed to have more resistances. There's no excuse for Ice only being resistant to itself. Especially with the amount of slow, bulky Ice-Types that are shit because of their garbage typing

You could argue the same thing about Primarina
I would make Gyarados Water/Dragon, and Milotic Water/Fairy, to be counterparts to eachother

Yeah but that completely determined by usage and not by how actually good it is in a vacuum. Weavile is perfectly OU viable as is and will probably make it out of UUBL soon since you see it in a lot of teams nowadays. Not that I would mind it getting some better abilities. Also, nerfing Knock Off like that would make Bisharp a lot worse.
