Made this guy for a thread a while ago and can't get it out of my head. I'm thinking the head might be a little bleh, maybe more eyes like some interpretations of old angels or a halo similar to Shedinja.
Name inspiration is saccharine, sucker, and seraphim. A dex entry would be "This Pokemon is said to appear in the middle of great conflict. However, it's attempts to stop it involve fighting all involved parties." Essentially it thinks it is helping a fight by knocking everyone involved out.
