Pokemon of all types can have the same random, vague descriptions you've slapped on them ("evasive", charming, sensitive, magical, mischevious), none of which are Fairy types. In fact, just about every pokemon in existence has had its design concept taken from folklore, so maybe every pokemon barring like twelve of them should be Fairy type, because Fairy now runs a conglomerate on whatever traits any pokemon are typed as Fairy have, regardless of whether or not other types have pokemon with the exact same traits.
