It is worth watching. True, what anon said about some dying kid. But, all the other episodes after the first one are good world/character building for the Galar region. If you watched Generations, it's kinda like that, but every episode is in the Galar region.

god all of the “details” like this in swsh are just missing.
it’s like whoever drafted the story thought of cool things and forgot to say any of it. i can get graphics being rushed but how do u mess up a basic plot and world details so bad that’s just script programming

God I hate the SwSh character design. I know the diverse eye/face/body shape makes each character stand out, but I miss the days when every human character had relatively realistic proportions.
