Sure, I understand that the games are 1:1, but a new trailer showing off more areas or music or cutscenes ect. would make sense business wise if you were trying to sell a product, right?

As someone who had hope they'd show any new forms on E3 or close to it, now i'm pretty sure they literally have nothing to show. First time i'm skipping a mainline game.

because they don't have anything shocking to show. people are setting themselves up for complete disappointment expecting megas or a battle frontier. this game will be marketed more to new players mostly who didn't grow up with gen 4. I guarantee the next trailer will just showcase some of the "familiar faces" of gym leaders and show some more of the underground.

How is it a 1:1 anon? QoL changes create an entirely different game that’s already miles above the original. If it were 1:1 there would be no reason to ever buy it over the originals.

You guys are taking that "faithful remake" shit too seriously. We already know there will be the fairy type, there will probably be a lot of other changes too. Obviously anything involving the bottom screen or touch controls will have to be altered. There will probably also be new forms and other things from newer games added. When they said faithful remake they were probably talking about the graphics or some shit
