>>47405423It's not a practical thing to do. It's typical gravity defying "squid rings". Doing this with actual hair is pretty much impossible unless you're going through a bunch of hardening styling products like hair wax or spray. The problem with even trying those is that they make your hair look disgustingly greasy.
The practical way to cosplay like this is by styling a wig, either by using wire in the rings, or by using some sort of product to get the hold (like that girl who accidentally used Gorilla Glue spray adhesive). You could maybe braid actual hair around wire if you cover the ends with something like heat shrink so you won't get poked. Pipe cleaners (as in the craft ones) twisted together could work too, but it wouldn't be practical because most pipe cleaners are like a foot long at best and your hair will have to be like 18 to 24 inches at least to be able to do the rings.
