I want to try using Altaria in my next playthrough and I want to try EV training since I've never done it before. My plan was to use dragon dance to make Altaria a set up sweeper. Would it make more sense to EV train Altaria's Attack/Speed or it's Def/SpDef to make it more resistant to attacks while it's setting up?
