Yeah, I agree. BW was wasted potential because they only gave us part of the US instead of all of it. Was Unova really underwhelming to anyone else who played it?

A New York/Connecticut region would be cool where we can go to Unova post game but applying that formula to a country far larger than France would be the butt of everyone's complains about it being too long. I'm just saying that Kalos to me felt like a bag of wasted potential where you can just drop the game after you clear the E4 since there's no incentive for you to go around apart from miniscule shit like Zygarde and whoever is roaming around
I don't get why Gen 6 fans become deathly defensive when it comes to their region getting flak'd and are quick to call out critics as Gen 5 fans

Technically a second region based on France can exist, since GF ignored the whole southern part of it.
You know how Johto is referred to as ‘west Kanto’ ? It’s likely Southern Kalos could be a completely new region that’s basically an extension of it.

Yea this too. If Gf decides to come back and give us Southern Kalos I could live with Northern Kalos being a post game region. Worst case scenario it becomes a DLC but as long as it's enough to fill the hole where XY could have filled I don't mind it
