>>47426077there's many examples, but I would cite a number of Project Veritas videos display some damning evidence that the public at large ignores while the media refuses to cover it, choosing instead to discredit the organization itself rather than the information uncovered. Sometimes that's sufficient. Another example is when that young black girl who was running around stabbing people got shot by a cop and the news media spun it as another 'unarmed black person shot by white cop!' story until people actually took a look and saw that, oh wait, she had a knife and was about to stab another black girl when the cop shot her. There's probably still people who believe there wasn't a knife and even more people who just don't give a shit; mostly people have enough trouble living their own lives so they don't do any sort of research on current events besides what the news tells them so...just having a couple people witness Team Plasma kicking some Pokemon in the woods, well there's a number of ways that Team Plasma could downplay or discredit the incident and come away with most people none the wiser to their crimes. Like, for instance, announcing they've fired the grunts in question and that their views do not align with the views of Team Plasma. Or claiming that the grunts were actually members of an opposing Team that wanted to make Team Plasma look bad. Any number of things, really.
