>>47434683I don't. I have absolutely no expectations. Every single time I've had expectations for the past 8 years, I've been let down. Do you know how many times I've seen people say "Keep your expectations in check" or "Lower your expectations"? No matter how much I lower them, people still say I'm expecting too much.
I don't think others get this, but it's not that I want Pokémon to be bad. I want it to be good. I want Legends to be great. I want a trailer like SMT V but for Arceus, not something that looks like early alpha footage of a game 3 years before it should be released. I'm so sick of "It's Pokémon" being the only thing that sells a game. I want to feel like I did when they revealed the PWT for B2W2, or that they created new animated back and front sprites for every existing Pokémon in BW, or that they included a PokéWalker in every copy of HGSS and restored numerous areas.
Why can I have expectations for a game like SMT V and be excited yet not for Pokémon and still be disappointed?
