Most likely the evil team would be united for a goal of, like, either awakening Arceus (yeah, yeah, i know) or awakening Celebi to either reset the world or turn back time. However the methods taken're probably less than ideal.
The leader has a god (goddess?) complex and claims to be the Mother of the earth, and refers to all members of the team as her "children". Probably makes some big deal about how challenging her is challenging the ground you stand on, all that cringe-ass shit.
Her team would likely be a mix between Ground and Grass or some shit, unless there's something better I haven't thought about.
