I've been toying around with the idea of planning a hack with with all Pokemon taking place entirely within just the Kanto region. One of the challenges of doing so is that Kanto has quite a limited number and variety of places in which to catch wild Pokemon.

I hope to resolve this by filling in the empty spaces on Kanto's map, within reason (one big limitation was the lack of land around Viridian and Pallet Town, so that the S.S. Anne could theoretically cross under Cycling Road and maneuver out into the open ocean.

Anyways, what do you think? I might update this later with intended access points into the new areas.
