It's pretty impressive how much of an impact a few vegans with minimal game dev knowledge made on the Pokémon fan community. Not to mention the company itself is still insecure about it.

Well Gamefreak never wanted players to like Team Plasma, so they intentionally made them dumb and stupid. Nothing in Black and White or Black and White 2 makes any sense concerning Plasma. They're just some flimsy strawman of what out of touch Boomers think animal rights activists are like.
