>>47478876>Identity>throws upAnd no they weren't. Multiscale Dragonite or Magic Guard Alakazam were amazing additions which made sense even from a lore perspective. Simply giving a new ability is also far easier for GF to handle while they focus on the actual games, rather than entirely new designs, battle gimmicks, etc.
I honestly don't know how anyone could look at the state of the games now, and not see (HA) as being a better alternative in hindsight.
