I haven't graded with CGC but apparently you are supposed to pay extra for the scans or something eventhough they are free online. If you try to right click them they have a script saying "copyright protected". That is easy to get around with inspect element but the IP thing is annoying.

The card preservation cope is hilarious. They have been reported to move inside the slabs, no uv protection, etc. Besides you can get them sealed without paying for grading for significantly cheaper. Or just get a one touch or something similar and do it yourself if you aren't a bumbling buffoon

No, there are theoretically hundreds or more. Graders are a minority in the hobby, it makes complete sense that finding a graded card is harder. Same with games, a ton of peoppe have sealed game collections worth thousands (myself included), but I don’t grade then. Theres only one 100 Baiten Kaitos origins pop, but it isn’t a rare game sealed, it simply is not graded because they are a minority of collectors.

The rest of us are quite adept at analyzing a card's condition without paying for a second opinion. Besides, the majority of psa 9's and many 10's even have some sort of visible defect even if it's only minor. It isn't as though you're receiving a flawless card and their grading standards admit as much

From what I can tell, TCG is cheaper but more of a gamble. Ebay basically forces you to have pictures and also almost always sides with the buyer. If you get fucked by a vendor on TCG all you can do is hope they get scared by your bad review and send you a refund.

Yes the foil type. Like this page for example is reverse holos that have a stamp. I have a page of cracked ice holos, standard stamped holos, cosmo foil, holo bleed, etc.
I do separate the swirls vs non-swirls in cosmo as well.
I store bulk in ETBs and tins.
