>>47502570>>47502578Hey, dummy. A lot of the larger pokemon aren't actually meant to be the size the pokedex says they are. The game devs are forced to say they're smaller because if they don't they seem hugely out of place with the rest of the roster. But whoever designed them didn't ACTUALLY design them to be miniature, it's just those things are outside the designer's hands. You're supposed to imagine these pokemon as whatever makes sense in your head, the canon sizes are largely misrepresentation bullshit sometimes and don't accurately reflect how big they were intended to be.
