A. How good the trainer with the title is. With enough training & smarts, someone could be the League Champion for many years, just like how Tom Brady has been the most famous football player for over a decade.
B. How often does the Pokemon League run the gym challenge? Is it open enrollment year round, or is it a seasonal sport? I assume it takes place during summer vacation (do Japanese kids have that?), so that children can freely compete without school getting in the way.
