All of them get recover. Regirock gets sand stream, regice gets snow warning and some kind of insane buff to hail. Transistor and Dragons Maw ignore type immunities and resistances. Slow Start only effects speed.

Yeah, it's definitely outclassed but it's not an unusable shitmon that would actually need substantial buffs to have some semblance of an OU niche. Speed's its only real issue, 92 isn't bad per se for a scarfer but could be better, and could open up more options besides like, sash rocks lead which I'm not particularly in love with.

Honestly Feraligatr is the only one I can realize see ever being UU. Even if Typhlosion’s had a movepool it still would have no reason to exist because to CHARIZARD l, and Meganium is unbelievably awful that even NU would be a pipe dream no matter much it got buffed. At this point I’m not even shooting for OU I’m just giving them what they should have gotten years ago (and would have if they were the KANTOOOO trio)

Take 10-20 from atk and give it to Sp.Atk, give it nasty plot and more special coverage like earth power and for fuck sake make Dragon Pulse part of its normal moveset, Ampharos gets it already, sceptile should too.

Heracross doesn't actually need too much to become viable in OU. I would just give it +20 Speed. This would be more than enough to let it out speed many more OU threats and become more effective as a Guts/Choice Scarf Moxie-sweeper. I would also replace Swarm with Sap Supper, but only mainly for thematic purposes

I was relucant to have Ice resist Ground since Ground already has a type that’s immune to it, but I just checked and Ground is super affective against 5 types so Ice resisting it shouldn’t hurt it too much.

What I meant was taking an Ice-type Pokémon's special attack and increasing it to something decently over 100 at the minimum (as in not 101), even if some stats have to be redistributed (like attack -> special attack).

This would be for only special-attacking Ice-type Pokémon with a special attack stat under 100 because let face it, an attacking stat under 100 is pretty lame for in-game too.

Normal doesn't have any resistances and isn't super effective against anything outside of Inverse Battles, which was only for gen 6.

If Inverse Battles were still a thing, these would be Normal's type-matchups during an Inverse Battle:

Resistances - Fighting
Super effective against - Ghost, Rock, and Steel
Weak to - Ghost.

In an Inverse Battle, all type-matchups are swapped. For example, Aurorus being Rock/Ice would have a 4x resistance to Fighting and Steel while Lucario being Fighting/Steel would have a 4x weakness to Rock.
