Difficulty wise, it's also significantly harder at some points when compared to the mainline games (you WILL be one shot at least once because you didn't pay attention). Combining the difficulty with every member of your team being able to move every turn, as opposed to 1v1s or 2v2s with the other members kept in reserve, you are heavily incentivised to build teams who's members synergize and support each other with attacks, status effects, and debuffs. It might get a bit grindy when you're doing side jobs instead of the main questline, but if that doesn't deter you I would totally recommend that you give it a go.
