What's your favourite "route 1" in the series?
Route 101, 201 and 29 count.
For me it's unova's. The first bit keeps it simple, as a first route should be imo, and uses the extra space to bolster the atmosphere and aesthetic appeal of the route. The rest serves as a neat buffer zone between the initial part and the water routes that actually make this route feel like a real route complete with trainer battles and everything
