Rentals were usable and included all the available pokemon that would have different movesets depending on the stadium chosen. Middle stages would have better moves as a trade-off for final stages having better overall stats. In Battle Revolution you're stuck rotating out a few NFE's and shitmons with awful movesets blatantly telling you to go buy another game to be able to play this game. You can't even use the Little Cup stadium in Battle Revolution without buying a mainline game.
