The former three have gender-neutral concepts (Guard/Angel/Dancer, a Sorcerer or Wizard, and that goth down the street who worships the tarot). Hell, the original Gardevoirs were even male in the games.
I get the point, but to be unable to grasp that makes Boggy seem retarded and incapable of realising the simple answer to the question (the Pokémon is based on a female thing, so it’s female).
