Graveler will absolutely fucking destroy GSC no questions asked, and it only gets stronger when it becomes a Golem. Geodude is far and away one of the single most busted Pokemon in that game. If you choose Chikorita, it becomes even MORE busted than it already is because now Silver has a Fire-type on his team, practically all of which ALREADY dies to Geodude.
