Example: I made Dragonair a fast special-attacker with 540 BST + Drizzle as one of it's abilities. I wanted to make it an alternative to Dragonite, since it already looks like a uflly-evolved/complete Pokemon + gets treated like one by Game Freak itself
Infact, many of these Pokemon featured on the bosses teams have been buffed or reworked in some way
