but the biggest influx i've seen has been on this john mcaffee thing. literally couldn't hold a conversation for all the spam. flak is heaviest over the target, as they say. as for who and why... well, picrel is a good guess.
as for /biz/ i don't browse there but as soon as those numbers went up a lot of /biz/posters responded with "pajeetbots btfo/on suicide watch/etc" so presumably its bots of indian origin trying to push something or other maybe a product or crypto or something?
