Depends on what you mean. I think they just wanted to make a popular Pokémon and succeeded in that regard. Probably helped the way he was portrayed in the movie he debuted, a stoic and loyal Pokémon. Lucario doesn’t really have *that* big of a porn reputation, even if he is the Pokémon with the most nsfw art.
