I want to make a region based off of Koichi Prefecture, in Shikoku. Can anyone familiar with map making logistics or just Japanese geography help me figure out a good progression route for the Pokemon League? I'm not sure where the game should terminate. But I'm thinking Koichi City might be a good place to put the Pokemon League E4 battles and Champ. I think I want to start the game at Tosashimizu or Otsuki, the place with the observatory. Thoughts? Bad idea? Good idea?
