I'm not saying it's not a shillmon, but it is currently treated like a Machamp or a Gengar, you know Gardevoir has its position secured in various spin-offs and derivative merchandise, but it image has not been officially overexploited, in anime and games it is not given prominence, generally it's a background or secondary figure.
Before the insults start I am not asking this question as a gardefag, if not as someone interested in marketing, you have a product that is guaranteed to be sold in an existing market, why not exploit it and obtain good profits, instead you prefer to bet by products with high uncertainty and you let the sales of your safe-sale product get lost in the illegal market.
