good reasons to keep it.
The first is that when human's rear california condor hatchlings they use these fake vulture hand puppets. And the idea of this being reversed is amusing to me, the parent bringing back food to the nest and all there is this giant neck/head popping out for feeding.
And secondly is to look like a head on a platter.
Basically there's a myth about a Condor that went around decapitating people who ended up getting decapitated himself. Might be a bit gruesome but I think it is neat. Just give it a head of downy feathers and like.... a really red neck.
