So much fucking soul such a small area to be based on compared to other regions but they made it feel so big and detailed to explore.
The regions pokemon look like shit(exempting a few gems) and Bw2 has a crappy looking main so it is a flawed region but still really amazing. Really gen 5 was a love note to NYC in a way no other region got. Honestly I think this is were pokemon peaked as a single player rpg.
After this point they start to focus more and more and more on competitive online as becomes available to more people on the 3ds. I know a lot of you don't like the direction pokemon went and I get it not everyone likes that online aspect was pushed over the singe player rpg with gen 8 practically being an online only game with a short story.
What was your favorite region to explore? did you country ever get one? any hopes if it does?
