IMO Power gem's distribution wouldn't be so bad if more rock types got it or at the very least every Rock type with a base Special attack over 80 had some way to get it.

and the early game could start out somewhere besides a forest/grassland like it usually does. Maybe the game could start in a cave area with lots of flying, rock, and ground types so no one gets the advantage?
